Byron helped me choose a selling price and despite a few bumps along the way, we were able to get full price within the week after listing our home. He and Yola were available to answer questions anytime I called or texted. They kept my mind at ease and were very accommodating in every way.

Quick and efficient. Byron made this purchase easy. Returned calls and answered all questions. We encountered no problems with this purchase. Although we only spoke once when home first went in the market, months later he made contact to inform us of a price reduction

Byron is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He has a keen eye for detail and knows how to sell a house. My home was listed with 3 different realtors over 8 years prior to listing with Byron and He had more showings in a few weeks than all the others together for several years and he found a buyer when the other realtors didn’t.
