Merry did an amazing job walking me through the process step by step. She did a full market analysis so we proved our house to sell ( which is what I wanted) . She listened to my concerns and limitations and solved every problem we had. My house was sold and closed in 60 days from the date it hit the market which exceeded my expectations. Merry was fantastic! My wife and I tried to sell our home last year with a different agent and were unsuccessful after months of listing the house. This year we tried Merry after meeting with her and she helped us through the process and sold our home within a few weeks. Merry was also great in helping my wife find out next home that fit our growing family needs. I would highly suggest her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Merry is exceptional at her job. She demonstrates everything a realtor should be. She's a 'straight shooter' with the knowledge and skill to close the deal every time. This is the second home I'm buying using Merry and the first I'm selling. She is both my buyer and selling agent. She has a huge heart and really puts your best interest first. If you are looking for an honest, caring, no bull realtor call Merry. Thanks Merry for all you do. I will try not to call you as much on this deal LOL.

Merry was very professional and prompt. I would highly recommend her for both buying and selling your house. We sold our starter home at the same time we were looking to buy a bigger home. She negotiated a great price for our new as well as our old house. She was always easy to get in touch with and worked around our schedules. A+++ realtor. Very knowledgeable and is very honest about everything. She gave us great tips on how to sell our home the fastest and at the price we wanted. Highly recommend her. She has years experience and stays up to date on all the rules and regulations.
