It was a very smooth process. She was very quick to respond to any question and even quicker on getting a quote out to the selling agent in this fast moving market. All the service scheduling and inspections were handled by her in a very timely manner, reducing the overall stress that comes with a process of this nature. Highly recommend to anyone that is in need of a real estate agent.

Our family has moved up and down the coast, from Rhode Island, Florida, North Carolina and finally back up to Connecticut. We have purchased in every state, have had some good realtors and some not so good realtors. Erin is by far, the best Realtor we have ever worked with. Her knowledge of the area; her patience in a crazy market; input before, during and after the negotiating process; her professionalism in working with the other agent and most of all her communication skills are second to none... When ever we had a question or concern, we received an answer or feedback instantly. Can't recommend her enough, deserves many more than 5 stars, she is the best!!!!

Brittany is freaking amazing! You are doing yourself a disservice choosing any other realtor. She helped through one property that fell through and even was able to help with securing a contractor for a second location. Her knowledge of not only the buying process buy trades and others to help was invaluable.

Brittany was very helpful during the search for a house, providing information about the local areas and what to expect.
