Candace helped me sell my house and later a small piece of land. She was so helpful in both cases even though I tend to be a bit of a hardhead! Both properties sold quickly and with very little stress. If I ever move back to Mathews, I will definitely use her again.... whether she likes it or not! ??

I was a first time home buyer, and Candace made it a great experience! She walked with me through the whole process, and made me feel, if at anytime I wasn't satisfied, that I could walk away. She was very resourceful of all aspects of the home buying process, not just explaining all the paperwork, but also of county permits, inspections, etc. She was present for all the appointments and could be reached at anytime to ask questions. Even after the sell was final, she still extended her support. Candace truly enjoys her job and cares about finding her clients their perfect home. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

(This is my 5th local purchase of property from 5 different realtors) Thanks to Candace taking me to "tour" an older 1861 house, more for curiosity reasons than ready to purchase another house; We ended up with the house of our dreams. She dedicated so much of her personal time to us during this process. She even met with us on a Sunday at lunchtime to work on the first offer. And right down to the last day before the purchase, Southern Trade Realty and Candace stepped in and completed something contractual that should have been provided by others to close the deal. This was my very first home. With no former buying experience, I was not exactly sure what to do or who to talk to. Candace set me up with everyone I needed to talk to from lending to closing. She walked me through the entire process. If there was an issue, Candace was very quick to call whomever she needed, and handled it all. This agent has the patience of a saint. She made the whole process so easy, I'm now so happy in my new home! Thank you Candace!!
