Candance did an amazing job assisting us with the sale of our home. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of home sales. She made awesome recommendations for home improvements prior to our listing to maximize our home value. She assisted with staging and collaborated with the photographer for very professional and beautiful marketing of our home. She was extremely knowledgeable, accessible, and conscientious. Candice was amazing. From before the beginning, during pre-walkthroughs all the way through prep, staging, and sales Candice was there giving spot-on advice. She knows the area better than anyone else we talked to and I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying in the area.

What can be said about Candice Signa that hasn’t already been said … Beyond Fabulous…!! Candice Signa is wonderful in every way, starting with an exceptional person who is easy to connect with, to an outstanding realtor with a wealth of knowledge, and to having a genuine love for the community of Buellton and Santa Ynez Valley that she lives in, and for the homes that she assists people with buying or selling in. When it came time to sell our home we were very fortunate to have Candice by our side and guiding us every step along the way. She is very astute and with a keen eye for details, not only identifying minor repairs, but ideas for paint, flooring, landscaping, etc., and she was able to quickly draw on the required personnel; and then act as “Team Captain” to make sure that everyone stayed on point with a very tight schedule. Having everything in tiptop shape, she was able to orchestra the open house for a week-end that brought nearly a hundred people on the first day and by day two, we had two offers in hand! We are truly pleased and gratified that Candice made us feel like friends and made the whole process feel easy, and a stronger recommendation could not be made!

My wife and I have family in the Santa Ynez Valley and have been visiting for years. We wanted a condo of our own. We retained Candice to help. We specifically were looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. With Candice’s help, we looked for almost a year without any luck. Out of the blue Candice called and suggested we look at a 1 bedroom condo in the area we were interested in. I was reluctant because we really wanted a 2 bedroom. Candice persisted and had us take a look. The condo had been completely remodeled, had a 2 car garage, an end unit, no one above or below us. We loved it. Candice had called us 8 minutes after the condo went on the market! Outstanding! We made an offer and closed within 45 days, all with Candice assistance.
