Diania, is just an awesome agent. You can trust her to follow through on the smallest of details, she also takes the initiative to point out items that need addressing. She helped us sell our home, which sold in six hours, and purchase a new construction home, she was so valuable to us during the new home construction process and regularly checked on our property to point out defects to the construction manager so that they could quickly be addressed. Highly recommend her, especially if you are a busy working professional like myself!

Diana was our favorite realtor that we have worked with. She was able to help us find the perfect home in our top choice neighborhood in Columbus (which we didn’t think possible). She was able to relay all of our questions and thoughts to the sellers and get us exactly what we needed to close. Any time we had an issue or question come up she was our first contact and we rarely had to reach out to another party. In the negotiation process she was able to get us much more than we expected to which made closing extremely enjoyable.
