Tiffany is an outstanding realtor! She was highly recommended by multiple family members and was amazing to work with. Her knowledge and experience was evident from our first meeting and she made every step of the home-buying process seamless. Her responsiveness, organization, and professionalism are exceptional. She also had wonderful recommendations for lenders, inspectors, contractors, etc. We are so grateful to Tiffany for her guidance and helping us find our perfect home. She exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

As first time home buyers, we are so beyond grateful that we had Tiffany to guide us through the overwhelming process. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Tiffany always responded quickly, was able to show us new listings with very short notice, and provided much needed advice and expertise. Best of all, Tiffany treated us like friends and we felt she had our backs through the whole home buying process. We would very much recommend Tiffany to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone looking for a realtor. I have worked with her to purchase 2 homes now and both experiences have been wonderful. Tiffany has extensive knowledge of the local market and helped us find our dream home! She provides the information needed for us to feel comfortable knowing whether or not we'd be making a good investment. I really trust her opinion and judgement. I also appreciate the connections she has to other service people in the industry - she has given us recommendations for a lender, an electrician, and a plumber and they have all been stellar!! She's worked with other members of my family over the years and all have excellent experiences. I am so thankful to have Tiffany as a trusted realtor for many years to come!!

I truly could not give Tiffany Panhuis a higher recommendation! I have now worked with her to purchase two homes and to sell one. Her response time is always incredibly fast, and she is an excellent communicator. Tiffany also connects you to top-notch professionals (whether it’s a phenomenal inspector or a wonderful home stager). With respect to selling, I worked with Tiffany during COVID, and she helped ensure that I felt safe throughout it all. The house had four offers almost immediately such that the entire process could move quickly and smoothly, and Tiffany helped coordinate everything remotely per my request. With respect to buying, Tiffany truly cares about helping you find the home that you want. She has an amazing eye and will give you as much (or as little) advice as you want, and she also consistently goes above and beyond, from FaceTime walkthroughs to answering questions. There is truly no one I trust more when it comes to buying or selling a home.
