Well we connected with out realtor Pat through someone at the bank. All I can say is that God sent him to us. He has been a God sent person from day one. I wanna thank everyone that had a part in helping make my parent's house sell a success. Words just can't express the things we went through during the time of selling the house, but every step of the way Pat was there. To meet a person that goes above and beyond is a total blessing. THANK YOU PAT FOR EVERYTHING AGAIN.

You absolutely could not ask for better people with which to work when conducting real estate transactions. Fantastic team of Realtors! They were positive in their attitude the entire time. Carol and Pat made sure we received top dollar for our home. Their assessment of our house gave us a list price that was higher than we thought it would list for. Then they sold it for 100% of the listing price. Couldn't be happier. Very professional work done by two fantastic people. If you're selling a home they are the right choice for you.

Carol and her team provided excellent service as a Buyer's Broker for us-it was a private sale where she represented us in all the aspects of getting to closing in a timely manner. She communicated with seller, financial services, and closing closing services to keep everyone on track and informed. She was very intuitive and pro-active in terms of anticipating upcoming issues and created a situation where we as the buyers, the sellers and closing officials were all smiling at the swift and timely closing event. We have hired Carol and her team to sell our house as a result of this very positive experience.
