Tracy was amazing throughout the process. Not only knows the market, but local as well giving her a leg up. She kept me up to date on everything at all times, was professional, and was able to keep me calm! She was amazing and I thank her for getting my kids and I into a wonderful home!

We had our home listed with a different company 2 years ago for about 7 months, didn’t get one offer. We decided to try again and this time go with someone who really knows the area, which is why we chose Tracy. We listed it and within 5 days we had an offer! Not only is she knowledgeable with Waterford/Tichigan Lake, she really knows her real estate “stuff”. It was really great working with her and I would 100% recommend her to everyone!

Tracy helped us sell our home in a down market in record time for a fair price. We were placed in a position we had to sell due to a job transfer out of state and Tracy worked hard for us getting us multiple offers. We were afforded the opportunity to move back to the area and contacted Tracy who had the perfect place for us and helped us negotiate a stellar deal in record time allowing us to move back to the area in record time without having to rent or find a place to stay. Tracy is honest, dedicated, and very hard working. I would definitely work with her in the future if I need to buy or sell a property.

Amazing, honest, and hard working! What else do you want in an agent? <br/><br/>We had to sell our home due to a move out of state. Tracy sold our lake home in a down market in record time. We ended up with multiple bids on our home and getting a very fair price for our property given the market at the time. <br/><br/>Within a year we had another opportunity to move back to the area and Tracy was right there with the perfect listing for us. We negotiated in record time with a great offer accepted! <br/><br/>In addition to both buying and selling a property with Tracy, many of our tax documents had been shuffled around during the moves. We were searching for a tax document and reached out to her for a little assistance and she produced it in record time! Tracy Young showed us Lake Houses in the Waterford, Wi area from October 2012 to April 2013. There were limited properties available and many had not sold after quite a time on the market. She showed all that was available in our price range over the time span. We finally purchase a Lake House that just came on the market in April 2013 She was very helpful in the negotiations.
