    Carol has been working with us off and on as we prepare to move back to Ohio from that state up north this coming year. She is very thorough, professional and flexible with our schedule and needs.

    Carol had great suggestions of what buyers wanted. I did everything she suggested & sold quickly. I will definitely use her always in the future! If you have never bought or sold before, Carol is sure to make sure you understand the entire process.

    Carol is excellent at communicating! Selling a home to relocate out of state is extremely stressful, but she is helping us navigate the process. We have not sold our home yet, but I am sure we will sell quickly due to Carol’s expertise.

    My husband and I met Carol Marr along with her husband Steve by random chance when we found our dream home / lot online. She was the agent that was set up with us to view the home we ended up buying. Carol and Steve are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Carol was very professional and thorough. She happened to be out of town for one week while we were in contract and her husband Steve stepped right up to make sure nothing fell through the cracks. She made the buying process as stress free as possible. My grandmother also used Carol as her realtor to list her home to sell. Again Carol did not dissappoint. My Grandmother was super happy with her services and did an excellent job selling her home. I highly recommend Carol Marr as your next realtor for buying and selling of your property.

    We took our time finding a realtor to market our house, which gave us a chance to sample the popular local services, but the solution kept coming back to Carol Marr to sell our home. After going through the listing/selling process with Carol, I'm even more sold on our choice of using her. Here are the reasons why: ***INTEGRITY - Carol always conducted herself and communications with others with 100% integrity. In this business you can win the battle but lose the war; Carol always did things the "right" way. ***COMMUNICATION - Carol has the electronic communications skills of a teenager; every email/text/phone call was responded to immediately, at all hours. She is VERY good at keeping her clients "in the loop" and informed every step of the way. ***POSITIVE - Through the sales process there are going to be ups and downs; it's the nature of the business. Carol NEVER complained, never disparaged the circumstances, and always remained upbeat and focused on providing positive solutions to achieve the goal. She is an excellent counselor to her client. ***CREATIVE - Carol was always bringing creative ideas to the process to bring best-of-breed solutions to bear. She was also an excellent problem-solver that actively stepped in to help when unforeseen circumstances popped up, which they always do. ***CLIENT FOCUSED - In this business you can sign on with name-brand celebrities who you don't hear from the day after you sign, who throw their "B" team at you. Not so with Carol; you are the boss and you have final say in every decision, and she is the primary contact. In summary, I can't say enough good things about Carol.
