Carol Moore, is an excellent sales agent very knowledgeable with expertise in all areas of real estate. She was considerate and easy to talk to very patient in explaining details in areas of the sales we didn't understand. She worked hard to try and get us the best sale price. “ Carol has always answered my questions knowledgeably and with patience. She explained why it was so important to know the difference of what we may have wanted verses what the neighborhood could bear. Also, about how pricing the house to sell would bring more offers (which it did). It was a joy working with Carol, she made us comfortable in this chaotic process. ”

Carol is extremely knowledgeable regarding the specific needs of sellers in my particular situation. During most of the transaction I was out of state and felt comfortable and assured that Carol would handle any situation that arose with my best interest in mind. She was very comforting and professional. Carol was able to give immediate feedback regarding decisions to expedite the sell and in marketing to the type of buyer that would fit the need of the situation. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction. Carol is excellent.

She was horrible. Her response time to my questions were slow. She arrives late to showings, she indirectly tries to get you to offer more. She seemed to only care about her commission.
