Carolee was an amazing realtor for a first time homebuyer. She spent a lot of time with me in the beginning to understand the process and how everything worked. She helped me narrow down my search area, and really understand the neighborhoods. When showing me a house, she was great at helping me envision how I would use the space, and focus on what would work for me and what wouldn't. She gave me a lot of confidence as a first time buyer, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Carolee was proactive throughout the entire home-buying process. As first time home buyers, it was nice to have someone with such great experience. We found ourselves in a back-and-forth negotiation and Carolee really did great helping us get the best price on our house. We have no reservation recommending Carolee to be our realtor!

I loved working with Carolee. She is a very nice person and very patient and she found the perfect house for me! I had her taking me to so many homes, I don't know how she kept up with it all. She found so many homes in my price range and all were close to what I wanted, but only one was perfect! I am in my perfect house now thanks to Carolee. She stayed with me through the whole process and made sure that everything was fine. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to everyone!

My wife and I met with Carolee for the first time while searching for our home in the Fall of 2013. We immediately noticed how attentive and focused she was to not only our needs, but the needs of our two little ones as we searched for perfect the community and area that we would call "home" for years to come. And so the adventure began!<br/><br/>Throughout the process she was thorough, insightful, and receptive to all of our needs. In addition, she was very knowledgeable on the condition of homes, continually poking around the perimeter of each home we visited in search of signs of mold, the scent of mildew, and general poor construction of the homes foundation. To me, I found this to be super impressive as she was obviously well versed in not only the process of home buying, but also the red flags typically found when either poor construction or general maintenance has failed. She's definitely not a one trick pony!<br/><br/>All that being said, it was a pleasure throughout the entire process working with Carolee.
