We were considering purchasing an investment property and worked with Michelle Stanko of The Pearl Team. She has a few investment properties of her own and was such a wealth of knowledge! She directed us to a new and upcoming neighborhood where we purchased a new construction home. Michelle quickly answered our texts, phone calls, and kept us informed at every step of the way. Not to mention, she went above and beyond, taking initiative with the builder with any challenges. She even helped us get our property rented within 24 hrs. of closing! We are thrilled that we chose Michelle Stanko, the go-getter Realtor who shares her honest opinion, makes sure you're content and is ALWAYS available for you.

As a first-time homebuyer with many questions, Deborah was always available, accommodating my schedule, sharing homes that were coming soon and showing homes as soon as they hit the market. When my original lender ghosted me at a critical moment, Deborah quickly called her preferred lender and saved the deal! Working with Deborah and The Pearl Team was seamless. As a nervous first-time homebuyer, she had my best interests at heart. I highly recommend Deborah Davis to all my service members and local friends!

Looking for an agent to handle an estate sale, my brother and I did some extensive research to find realtors in Northern Virginia that could provide full service since we we were coordinating from out of town. Her turn-key service was a lifesaver for our unique situation. She and her colleague Michelle Stanko met us at the property and guided us through their recommendations of repairs and updates for the home. Deborah and Michelle brought in their contractors, dealt with the HOA, and brought their discerning eye on issues that needed to be addressed before listing - and handled it as seamlessly as possible. After seeing Deborah Davis of The Pearl Team in action at a walk through for my daughter Caitlin's purchase, I was extremely impressed and knew she would be the Realtor for me! What I liked best about working with Deborah was I didn't feel like my purchase was transactional and she wasn't looking to just close a deal. She is very thorough, confident and trustworthy. She guided me through my purchase with flying colors! She even introduced me to a wonderful interior decorator. If you're not working with Deborah Davis of The Pearl Team, you're not working with the best of the best!

We have purchased and sold several investment properties and worked with over ten real estate agents in the past. Michelle Stanko of The Pearl Team is by far the BEST in the business! Not only is she knowledgeable about the real estate market, she's responsible and responsive. Michelle helped us buy a few more investment properties and sold one of our properties. She was "All-In" from the beginning of the purchasing process and getting our property ready for sale. When we had a few hiccups with the title company and lender, Michelle jumped right in and took care of the issues. Only once in a blue moon do you find a Realtor that really cares and that's why when friends or colleagues ask for a Realtor referral, I always say Michelle Stanko of The Pearl Team. She's one in a million!
