I had the pleasure of working with Laurie Perl of The Pearl Team for both the purchase and sale of my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. When it came time to sell, I was living out of town, but Laurie truly took the reins. She coordinated the replacement of the carpet, had the home painted, and handled various small repairs to ensure the house was in top shape. Laurie also worked with my daughter to pack up personal items, so the home looked neat and organized. To top it off, she staged the home beautifully, making it truly shine. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, the house was on the market in just two weeks and sold within a week after that! Laurie goes above and beyond for her clients, and I love working with her because she always has YOUR best interests at heart. Laurie Perl is committed, proactive, and truly knows the real estate market. I highly recommend her!

After meeting Deborah Davis of The Pearl Team at an open house, we knew we found the right person to sell our first home. Deborah went right to work guiding us through the process of choosing paint colors, new flooring, and even brought in a few pieces of furniture to make our home shine. Her suggestions made our home look great! If we hadn't grown out of the house, I think we may have stayed! Deborah made everything easy for us. She is extremely personable, goes above & beyond, super resourceful and respectful of our tight schedules.  There is no way we would have made it to the finish line without her. We were considering purchasing an investment property and worked with Michelle Stanko of The Pearl Team. She has a few investment properties of her own and was such a wealth of knowledge! She directed us to a new and upcoming neighborhood where we purchased a new construction home. Michelle quickly answered our texts, phone calls, and kept us informed at every step of the way. As a first-time homebuyer with many questions, Deborah was always available, accommodating my schedule, sharing homes that were coming soon and showing homes as soon as they hit the market. Looking for an agent to handle an estate sale, my brother and I did some extensive research to find realtors in Northern Virginia that could provide full service since we we were coordinating from out of town.
