Micki was so wonderful in handling the sale of our home. We sold our home after we had moved 500 miles away. Micki handled EVERYTHING. We needed to put in a lot of work on the house to get it ready for sale and she arranged for a designer to help pick colors and materials. She found all of the contractors too and handled their scheduling to make sure everything got done in the right order. We listed and had many over-asking price offers within 48 hours. I whole-heartedly recommend Micki for your Real Estate needs.

Micki's knowledge of the housing market; home locations; build quality, etc. was immeasurable helpful to my husband and I. Similarly, her recommendations re: contract price/escalation/timing, etc. were exactly what the home owner was looking for when they selected our offer on our dream home. Additionally, her professionalism with the seller's agent was integral to the seller's agent wanting our offer, as Micki was a joy for her to work with. I'm confident that had we picked any other agent, we would not have secured the home of our dreams, as Micki was able to do for us! She is a highly competent, patient, and diligent real estate agent. I have worked with Micki on real estate transactions for around 25 years and she is an excellent agent. She has assisted me on buying and selling a few homes (including a rental home). Each time she has done a thorough review of my family's needs before getting started. She does outstanding market analysis and does an exceptional job of keeping us informed through every step of the process.
