Carolyn did an excellent job helping me with the purchase of my house. Even though there were a few bumps in the road before closing, she stayed on top of every situation to make sure that I received what I asked for from the seller's side. I was transferred by Zillow to Carolyn regarding a property. I asked her several questions which she could not answer. She told me she would return my call with further information. I never heard back from her!
