When our realtor relocated we stumbled upon Reese Wilmoth thru Zillow. Reese also happened to be with Samson Properties. Our search area for a new home covered a wide swath of Northern to central Virginia counties and Reese was there and available to allow us to see all the homes we had interest. Rosana is a wonderful agent. I believe that she truly cares about her clients and wants the best for them. My partner and I were first time home buyers, and Rosana walked us through the whole process. She made sure that we found the best house in our price range. She was very responsive and worked around our work schedules to tour houses. She was always available to answer our many many questions. I would recommend Rosana to everyone!
