We worked with Ryan Nicholas at the Damon Sells Homes Team for the purchase of our home in Alexandria, VA recently. This process took almost a year from our first meeting with Ryan until we finally had an offer accepted. Ryan was always very patient with us and made time any time we wanted to meet or have a call. He is an expert on Northern Virginia neighborhoods and also very savvy when it comes to the bidding/negotiating process. Our purchase was tricky because we also had to sell a house at the same time, and Ryan navigated all the complexities like a pro. In the end we were able to get our dream home in the perfect area for us, and without Ryan I'm sure that wouldn't have happened. I'd recommend Ryan and his team to anyone!

As a first time homebuyer, Damon Nicholas assisted me throughout the entire process. He helped me find several homes and provided advice backed by his numerous years of expertise. When asked who I'd recommend for Real Estate assistance without a doubt the answer is Josie Barondess with Damon Sells homes. As a long time resident of Northern Virginia, Josie knows this area very well. The care and detail Josie and the Damon team took from explaining everything to us to the videos and photographs of our home were impeccable. And, our home sold above asking in 9 hours! I have referred her to several friends who have used her as their agent as well and they've been very pleased with a job well done. I'd recommend her again without a doubt!
