As a first time homebuyer, Damon Nicholas assisted me throughout the entire process. He helped me find several homes and provided advice backed by his numerous years of expertise. As a long time resident of Northern Virginia, Josie knows this area very well. The care and detail Josie and the Damon team took from explaining everything to us to the videos and photographs of our home were impeccable. And, our home sold above asking in 9 hours!
