Casey did a phenomenal job selling our house! The property came with many difficulties and frustrations, but Casey and his team were able to overcome them and sell our house for the right price. Even before signing the contract to be our Realtor, he answered our questions, gave sound advice, and quieted our fears and concerns with his knowledge, confidence, and positive attitude. He was a steady rock during a stressful time. I highly recommend Casey Schein and his team!

I can't say enough good things about Casey. He guided us through buying our very first home, and when life threw us a curveball and we needed to sell, he was right there for us again. When it came time to sell, we didn't even consider anyone else. Casey remembered little details about our home which made the whole experience smoother. He was always just a call or text away, answering our (sometimes panicky) questions at all hours. His expertise made us feel secure in what could have been an overwhelming process.

I am almost embarrassed that it took a few weeks to write this review, given how meaningful our experience was with Casey Schein as our realtor. It took that much time to digest what occurred in settling the estate of a loved one. We came from out of town to help with the estate of a cancer victim and had connections with Casey that dated back for years (before he chose to make real estate his profession). He navigated both the business side, and more importantly, the emotional side of our challenges while doing the needful and healing from our loss. From connecting us to the appropriate contractors, estate attorney, counseling us on staging, giving us a realistic assessment of the market, timing, etc. Casey was ‘spot on’ at every turn and gave us the comfort of having a friend looking out for our best interests. I had not met Casey personally prior to this journey and was terribly impressed by his poise and grace throughout our experience. In the end, we ended up with the highest price sold in West Creek in over a year, producing multiple offers (while two competing properties had fallen out of escrow at the same time). Everyone ‘won,’ and his professionalism and friendship made the experience not just comforting, but a pleasure, as I feel as though we both became advocates for life. While I know there are many choices of realtors, rest assured that Casey has not only made this his career, but a passion. You really do not have to look any further to find the best!
