I honestly cannot say enough about Neal Weichel and the Neal Weichel group to express the outstanding job he and his team did for us. My mother and I had our houses on the market for four and a half months with a different agent, and things had gone very poorly. We then switched agents, hiring Neal. We were out of time and had to get our homes sold, so we needed to go with the number one agent in Santa Clarita. And that he certainly proved to be! For starters, he sold my mother's house just a few days later! No joke. And mine was not long after that. He has a networking group with the top agents in Santa Clarita, so he was able to provide immense exposure of our homes quickly. He was able to walk through both homes and accurately point things that could help increase the value and expedite the sale. He is very knowledgeable about market values and how to price a home for a quick and top dollar sell. He is very responsive as is his team. There was honestly not one time I could not reach him or his team members when I tried, even on a Sunday. I think where he stands out the most is that he is a master negotiator. This is critical when selling a house. He was able to watch out for us and protect us every step of the way. He is clearly very intelligent. His UCLA degree is evidence of that. And the team he has hired to assist in the process is stellar. He is passionate, assertive, committed, collaborative, positive, skilled, reliable, and infectious. Yes, the complete package. If I was to ever start a company of my own, I would pay him top dollar to run it! He is truly remarkable. Thank you Neal for making this the best possible experience we could have hoped for!

We have now had the pleasure of working with Jenn Wilder with two homes. I could not hope for a better Real Estate Professional. She moves quickly, ensuring everything goes smoothly from beginning to end. Jenn is a wealth of knowledge and a trusted advisor. So grateful we get to work with her!

Jenn did an amazing job getting our home sold. She guided us on selecting targeted upgrades to the house before selling (fewer than we were expecting) and setting a listing price that would bring in top offers. She recommended trusted contractors to complete necessary work and worked directly with them to grant them access when we couldn't be there and communicate the scope of work we had agreed upon. Her communication and guidance through the entire process was great. The house sold quickly and Jenn and her team made the whole process stress-free. We couldn't recommend her more.

Neal and his team are simply the best in the valley. Whether your sale/purchase is large or small, Neal gives you personal treatment and will guide you through the process flawlessly. We bought our first home in 2016 and sold it in 2024. Neal, Lauren, Lindsay and Chad are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. They provide the highest quality of service and are connected with the SCV network in a way that you only can be after 30+ years of being the #1 agent in SCV. We couldn't be happier with Neal and his team.

Jenn Wilder is an exceptional woman who provides an exceptional service. Without Jen Wilder working with us to attain our dream home, I don’t think we would have had the outcome that we did. She is an experienced, professional and knowledgeable real estate agent that was there for us at every step of the way (even though I know we were not her only clients). Whether it was 7am or 8pm she was responsive and available. She was able to give us guidance as to the dynamics of certain communities as we navigated the different areas in the San Fernando valley and Santa Clarita valley that we were not familiar with. In addition, Jenn is very sharp. She is able to read people and situations which is invaluable in a real estate transaction. Jenn was able to get ahead of tactics from the sellers agent when it came to our counter offer and was able to to help us navigate that without us putting all our money on the table. Without her, we either would have not secured such a wonderful home, or would have been taken advantage of. I can not speak highly enough of her.
