Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Cyndi. As a person and a realtor, she is trustworthy, knowledgeable, kind, punctual, friendly, and always keeps her word. I have sold and bought houses with other realtors in the past, and no other realtor can come close to Cyndi's professionalism and her positive attitude as well as perseverance. My mom passed away and I was the administrator of mom's trust and needed to sell her home. Cyndi not only knows how to list and sell houses, she is VERY knowledgeable about family trusts and how to navigate what at times, can be confusing and stressful. She made me feel like I was her only client, but that was not the case. She has many clients and I'm sure each person feels the same about her. The term Hard-Working describes Cyndi to a tee, and her thoughtfulness and energy level are, well, above and beyond. Whenever I had a question, I would text or send an email and WOW, she usually responded in a few minutes; she is exceptional! I have referred Cyndi to friends and family and will continue to do so. She is the BEST!

Cyndi was absolutely great and so instrumental in purchasing our first home. We had spoken to a few realtors, but there was no doubt we wanted to work with Cyndi after speaking with her. My husband and I work odd hours and she was able to accommodate our schedule through every step of the way. We really appreciated her transparency, diligence, and overall positive attitude. My husband and I are first time home buyers and she made the entire process much easier. I cannot recommend Cyndi enough if your looking to purchase home!

Cyndi helped us to sell my mother-in-law's home during a challenging time when the market changed from a seller's market to a buyer's market. Despite the obstacles with the first two buyers, she was able to bring in a third buyer and we closed within weeks. She looked after our best interest, and everything worked out in the end.
