Cathy and her son Dan are a wealth of knowledge and have excellent contacts, they recommend during the house buying/selling process. In our last two house purchases Duprey Realty has represented us on both sides of the process both selling our houses and buying. Both transactions took place in the fall/winter, a relatively slow time for house sales, but Cathy got it done for us both times. She was always encouraging and knew just what to say when things got stressful, taking one step at a time to avoid feeling overwhelmed. I would not hesitate to recommend Duprey Realty, they are very high tech in their presentation and real estate documents and work tirelessly to get you in your dream home.

I worked with the Duprey realty team to purchase my first home and they were truly exceptional. We were having trouble selling our home and tried working with two other realtors but we were completely frustrated by their lack of honesty & motivation. When we decided to give it one more try we interviewed a few realtors and, luckily Cathy Duprey was one of them. From the moment we began working with her everything turned around - she said and did everything correctly. She is knowledgeable, professional, personable, experienced and hard-working. Within two months she brought us two offers and we were able to accept an offer from a couple who truly appreciates our home and everything it has to offer. Cathy and Gary worked with me for two years, making numerous offers on homes. When I grew frustrated they never did. They're perseverance never lapsed and they were always real people and very nice. They worked alot with veterans to find homes and we're involved in fundraisers for veterans. They're are a lot of moving parts in the home buying process and they kept current on changes in the laws and processes. I highly recommend Duprey Real Estate.
