Cathy was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always quick to respond and made sure to answer to any questions we had. She went above and beyond searching for us and ultimately it was her that found the property we purchased. 10/10 would recommend to anyone + everyone!

Cathy was a joy to work with, when we arrived she got straight to business and set up as many viewings as possible to help us reach our goal of finding a property during our week long visit to Tennessee! She also was open to listings I found on my own and sent us out to view properties we wanted to look out even if she was unable to attend on occasion. Cathy had a lot of good insight about the location we decided to focus on and as a result helped us narrow our search area. Overall we had SUCCESS!! We are proud owners of 20 acres in Tennessee!
