Ricardo was great to work with. He was knowledgeable when it came to the market. Everyone's situation is different and he handle ours as expected. We had to sell fast and we did. He had a professional photographer that came out and did some amazing pictures for us. Over all, I would recommend Ricardo.

Nicole was great through the entire experience. We had a tough time dealing the selling agent who was ghosting us constantly and did not think we'd be able to close on time. Nicole reached out to numerous people within their brokerage and set them all straight and we were able to close right on time! She's the best and will use her in the future!

Nicole was very responsive when requesting to see new properties, and would immediately find a time to show us a listing. We loved how quickly she responded, and that part made the process much easier for us. However we felt very rushed through the process of looking at each house individually. We would have liked to have more time to consider each property more carefully. Additionally, we felt very rushed through the closing process where she asked for immediate responses while my husband was away at work, and it is very difficult to reach him. While she knew this, she would push to get a response within the hour even though due to our schedules were not always able to accommodate that. We would have liked more understanding due to our situations. We felt there was a lack of communication at closing during negotiations. We requested her professional opinion on the best course of action at different points through the process, but we did not receive it -which made the process a bit frustrating as first time home buyers. She was late to our closing date, and after which we never heard from her.

SUPERIOR service, exceptional knowledge and walked us through every facet of the selling process-NEVER talked over our heads or down to us, was very patient with all our questions and concerns. Helped us locate ae exceptional realtor in the Northeast Texas area to help us with our land purchase so we were well taken care of on both ends. She is the only one I would trust to handle the sale of our home and left nothing to assumption. This was the first time for us to sell and she reduced the stress down to almost nothing. She also followed up with us after the sale to make sure everything was good and we had no issues with the financial transactions. SHE IS THE ELITE of customer service and professionalism.
