Amy is the absolute best realtor around! It took us several years of back and forth trying to decide when we were ready to actually buy a new house (and sell our current home) and she was nothing but patient and supportive through the entire process. When we did finally make a decision to build, she was with us every step of the way through that process and helped us make sure our home was ready to hit the market at the right time. We threaded the needle in terms of timing on the sale of our house and negotiating the right price and terms. We would have never been as successful without Amy’s expertise. We sold in 12 days thanks to her, where many others in our neighborhood have been on the market for months on end. Amy and her team made the entire process, end-to-end, easy and seamless through consistent and clear communication and helpful reminders. If I had a question, I received a response almost immediately or within a few hours at most. Amy also has a long list of preferred vendors that helped us connect with the right people as needed. I truly cannot recommend Amy and team enough- they are for sure the best of the best!

Amy was such a pleasure to work with from her non-pressured sales presentation through the closing! She provided professional assistance during the sales process, which took longer than expected due to the market. She and her team were always prompt with responses to my many questions. I have already recommended Amy to other neighbors. She would be a great realtor for every Round Rock neighborhood and is the premier agent in Vista Oaks. My experienced handyman was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. Even at closure, Amy was helpful and willing took care of last minute details. I highly recommend Amy VenHorst!

Jacquelyn helped me find the most beautiful house to rent in Georgetown. It was my first time renting a house with the help of a realtor and it made it significantly easier. I truly believe I would not have found such a beautiful house without her help. She was quickly responsive, wonderful to meet in person, and made the whole process a great experience.
