Chad stuck with me through a very difficult sale and process for over 400 days and he sold it. I had this house on the market for 3 years. He is very knowledgable and did ever thing he could do to help get my house sold. I do mean he worked very hard as did I. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody!

Chad was a very polite, helpful & honest agent, I would use him again. He made time to show us the many different houses we were interested in and he was very prompt and quick getting back with us to show us the different homes. It was a was good expereince

Chad was a refreshing agent to work with. He was very laid back and easygoing in demeanor. He was very knowledgeable about construction questions we had regarding an old home we are considering. His responsiveness was much better than most agents we've had experience with in this area. He was also very patient with our young children who were along at the showing. I definitely recommend him.

Chad was very helpful in selling my Property. Chad was always ahead or on time for every meeting which is very important to me. He accomplished my goal in about three weeks after listing. He is interested in selling houses and will do all the extra behind the scenes that I did not have to worry about. Closing was extra smooth and all the paper work in order. Great job Chad.
