Diana's has been amazing to work with! She's extremely friendly and knowledgeable about her field. She responds quickly to all questions and provides great advice when it comes to selling a house. We have worked with Diana to both purchase and sell a house. In both situations she made these typically stressful processes a breeze. If you are looking for a realtor, Diana is the person you want to contact! Wouldn't go with anyone else!

Diana is the best. She guided us through the home selling process from beginning to end. She provided great advice in how to prepare the house for showing; she provided her honest opinion concerning the asking price; she also provided advice on timing of listing; her listing details were on point; she was on top of all of the paperwork and communicated regularly. She looked after our best interest during negotiations. This is my second time using Diana’s services and I am, once again, very satisfied with her performance. She is very professional and personable. She has my upmost respect and admiration for a job superbly done.

Diana is a terrific agent. She took care of all the details for our home purchase and coordinated everything with the sale end of our transaction as well. She is very attentive and responsive and goes the extra mile to make sure that the transaction goes smoothly. Her knowledge of the local market was key to us finding the right new home. Diana Geremia is an extremely seasoned and ethical realtor who has detailed knowledge of every community in Loudoun County. I have personally used Diana to sell three homes and purchase two. Her approach is honest, pragmatic and data driven. Diana's most valuable attribute is her integrity, as she will NEVER lead you down a path you are not comfortable with or is not in your best interest. Diana helped us purchase our first home in 2012 and then helped us sell it in 2018. Both experiences with her were wonderful! She listened to our needs and desires and did everything in her power to assist us including guidance, recommendations, and sharing her extensive knowledge of how to navigate successfully through the entire buying/selling process. She even went above and beyond providing advice to help us with our out-of-state move in 2018. She made what is naturally a very stressful situation as simple and easy as possible.
