Steve nailed it. We have been through the home buying rodeo multiple times before. Steve was able to deliver exactly what we needed and wanted. We found the house we wanted, he talked us through how we would go about buying in a multiple offer scenario, he took care of all the negotiation, and we bought the house. The final price was within $3k of his estimate for final price. His method took the stress off us and allowed us to move confidently. Thank you Steve!

Steve worked with my wife and I through our purchase of our first home, helped with the sale of our first home and the purchase of our second home. The reason we used him for all of our needs is that he is amazing. We would never use anyone else. Steve is professional, informed, connected, intelligent, empathetic, kind and supremely competent. Throughout both of our purchases he stayed in contact with us without being pushy, provided advice when needed and was available for all of our needs. Steve was extremely knowledge, helpful, and patient as we searched for our new home. He had a strong sense of the current market and was able to support a strong buyers strategy for homes based on cost, time on the market, area, condition, and more. We don't hope to move again anytime in the future, but when we do, we will be calling Steve. THANK YOU

Sam was so helpful in our process of looking for a house. He kept us updated multiple times a week on places in our budget and the areas we were looking at living in. You are able to pick how often you would like to be updated on potential places, which made the process much easier. He worked hard to make time for us to tour places and put in offers where we pleased. He used great negotiation skills to secure us our place when there was a time crunch for final offers. He is very easy to work with and helps you in every step of the way!
