My husband and I would like to take the opportunity to thank Chris at Legendary Real Estate services for his wisdom, patience, and guidance. I feel it is important to share, my husband and I are professionals in the real estate industry; my husband is an attorney licensed in both IL and Wisconsin and I am a licensed real estate broker in IL. Chis was knowledgeable, professional and and was able to explain the current market conditions which allowed us to feel confident in his ability to handle our property. He always made us feel that we were in control of the decision making. He explained the process as we moved from listing to sale in just 3 days. We were pleasantly surprised that our land sold that quickly.
