Carolyn is professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and so kind. We absolutely loved working with her. She helped us find a home and was very savvy as she coached us on our offer and negotiated the price. Would highly recommend working with her!

Carolyn is very knowledgeable and I appreciated all her expertise. She was truthful with me about the homes I was looking at. She knew a structurally sound home vs one that needed lots of work. She listened to my wants in a home and guided me through the entire process. My stress level was much less with her help buying my first home. I'm not sure I would have had the same experience with a different realtor. I highly recommend her for purchasing a home, she will not misguide you.

Carolyn was absolutely amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to help me purchase my first home. It is clear that her expertise and experience in the field has resulted in a depth of knowledge that is impossible to overstate and greatly benefited me in my journey as a first time home buyer. The process of purchasing a home for the first time is overwhelming, but her enthusiasm and excitement for me bolstered my own excitement making the whole experience feel extra special. I can not recommend working her with her enough!

Carolyn has such a likeable demeanor and a mountain of knowledge and experience that gives us very high confidence that she is looking out for us and covering all the bases. She had excellent suggestions to maximize how well our house presented. I've bought or sold more than a dozen properties over the years and have never met a realtor as competent in all aspects of buying or selling property. No hesitation at all to give her 5 stars!
