Chris has helped search for properties for my family for several years. He always was responsive and dedicated. He certainly works hard for his clients and give a warm feeling of familiarity and is very easy to work with. He even will pull you out of the mud, (literally) . I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a good hardworking honest and highly competent Realtor.

Chris was wonderful! Very patient with our search. We needed room for our big family and Chris showed us many homes. Every time I lost a bid for a home, he showed me more, better ones. We finally settled on a DREAM HOME!!! We love it!!! It checked off every single box on our wish list. 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 75 acres, big pond, views for miles!!!! We would recommend Chris Gilbert for your home buying needs.

Great guy... Made my selling process very simple. I would recommend him. Very personable! Very kind! Too his time to take pictures and get a feel for my property.

We had a property that was very difficult to sell, as it was a higher end house in a very rural location. Chris did everything humanly possible to get the property out there and noticed. He spent a lot of time and money on the presentation of our home and property. He never gave up. He always said, "it will sell, it just takes the right person at the right time, and if we don't show it, it won't be out there. Be patient. " The house was listed during the beginning of the covid crisis and Chris made sure that he followed all of the guidelines to protect us as well as the prospective buyer. He never cut corners on anything that he did. Paperwork was all completed as it should have been, and signed by both parties. He worked with my work schedule as far as the showings. He was not an "in your face" realtor. At times one thought that he had forgotten about the place, only to have him step up to the plate with a new idea, or approach. He always looked out for us. He was always working for us, with the ultimate goal of selling the property, within the price range we were asking. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone. He is personable and professional. He kept us in the loop after showings.There was no sugar coating, he gave us guidance incorporating what was going on in real estate within our geographic area. He will get the job done, it may not be immediate, but he does get it done, and professionally.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable, as is his entire staff. Chris went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect home, which took over a year to accomplish. Not only did he consistently check in to see if I had found any houses that I wanted to look at, he regularly provided me with a list of homes that he felt I would like (which he very accurately chose!). When we did find the right house, Chris ensured the remaining process was as painless as possible, from making an offer straight through to closing and after. Chris fully understand we were looking for a home and not just an investment. I will 100% recommend Chris Gilbert whether you are purchasing or selling a home.
