Josh is the greatest! I have worked with many realtors in my past. (I have purchased 5 homes in my lifetime) If I were to rank all of the realtors that I have worked with.... Josh would come in at #1. Josh's knowledge of houses in general provide great insight on things you may not think of when purchasing a home. I was working remotely with Josh and competing and bidding against local buyers. His market knowledge helped me when making bids and putting in offers. I was impressed with how hard this guy worked! Nothing is worse than having an agent that does not seem to care... but with Josh he works hard and does not take his clients for granted. He will also be my agent when it is time to sell my home. He knows his market well. I HIGHLY recommend Joshua if you want a agent that will work hard for you!

Josh was very nice to my family and I. He answered all of our questions and helped us through the whole process. It was a pleasure working with him and we will definately be referring people to him.

Joshua White is an amazing realtor. He is very professional in all his dealings with us. When we asked for showings or if we have any questions, he is very quick to respond. Our whole buying experience has been very productive. We were able to go thru all the houses we were interested in, including the ones that we asked on short notice. In the end, we were able to buy the home we really like. He does not push. He lets you decide. And if you ask for opinion, he gives you an honest one. If you are looking for someone who will actually work for you, Joshua White is the right person to call. He is the total realtor package, GUARANTTEED!!! AAAAAAA++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Josh has helped my sister and I find and buy our first/forever home. He was extremely helpful through the whole process and I can’t count how many times I would say to my sister “Thank heavens for Josh.” If something seemed off or confusing, I would ask him and he would help me through it. If he didn’t know an answer to something he was quick to find an answer. We are very thankful that Josh was patient with us during our search and not once was he pushy like many sales personnel can be. Even after the sale, Josh continued to help us with advice and other paperwork that we required.

Josh was amazing during the whole process! He helped us to negotiate and find our dream home! We were able to close in just over 30 days from our offer and we are so thrilled! Would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
