Chris was great to work with as he was very responsive and had a great knowledge of the area during the search for a new home. Chris was a strong negotiator and was there for every step during the entire process from offer to final closing to make things easy as I was 400 miles away.

Moving and selling your home can be a stressful time in one's life. Chris Keyser takes all the stress away! Chris not only was professional in all his interactions, he treated me as if I was part of his family. He was patient in listening to my situation and the need to move in weeks time. Quickly and swiftly Chris evaluated my home took pictures and listed it. Chris helped my wife and I find a home on Hatteras Island. He did a good job listening to what we wanted and helped us find a great home facing the sound with unbelievable sunsets. We consumed several of his weekends and had a lot of questions which he answered in a very timely manner. If we needed to get estimates from contractors, he was knowledgeable and did a lot of the leg work to get us answers. He is friendly, professional, detailed oriented and a pleasure to work with.
