    Adam and his team are exceptional! Adam is a great listener and truly understands the OBX market. He helped navigate the very competitive OBX market to negotiate a great oceanfront home. From the analysis of the property, the property management companies in the area, contactors/vendors, insurance agent/mortgage brokers, all of Adam's contacts were excellent and made the process of purchasing a home remotely in the OBX as smooth as possible. Look no further, Adam and his team are phenomenal! As someone who has purchased and sold several homes, I highly recommend Adam without any reservation!

    Matt did a great job in selling our Outer Banks property. Several other realtors were unsuccessful over the past 2-3 years but Matt had it under contract within a few months of being listed. His firm was efficient and very easy to work with from start to finish.

    Allysa helped me purchase my first home in 2020 and helped me sell it in 2023. On both sides of the sale, she always offers direct communication, has a quick response time, and goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. She’s very good at what she does and has a strong understanding of this unique area. Absolutely would work with her again and again. Highly recommend!

    Matt's advice was spot on and timely. Final selling price was less than asked, but at the value desired. Closing came as quick as could be expected. Follow-up was appropriate.
