Chris has been incredible, whether we were buyers or sellers. We have had 5 transactions, 3 purchases and two sales, with Chris since 2021. He has exceeded expectations during each and every transaction. Since our permanent home is out of state, we have had to rely on our realtor to handle things not normally handled by a realtor. In each and every instance, Chris has volunteered to go above and beyond the norm. He is extremely professional and honest. I cannot imagine any realtor doing a better job than Chris has provided for us.

Chris was nothing short of amazing. He communicates well and was quite helpful in negotiating a lower price and having the sellers complete some additional repairs. He patiently worked with me through various issues that came up and delays in the sale of my investment property in order to do a 1031 Exchange for the new place. I can’t thank him enough for all his help.

Chris P Kramer is an excellent realtor. I feel very fortunate to have found him. Having worked with him for numerous years and on several property purchases I don’t want to work with anymore else. Chris has gone beyond the usual description of a realtor and stayed with me not only through the complete purchase process but even afterwards, as I needed to leave the country before I actually had occupation of the home. I found Chris to be very professional and available to answer my questions regarding the property. Chris worked easily with the seller's realtor and was attentive to my needs as a buyer. Chris is great to work with. This is the second residential property he has helped us with. He is knowledgeable about the Santa Fe market and the makeup and trends of the various neighborhoods which is really important for anyone just coming to town.
