From our first interaction phone coversion to the last day of closing, Alannah was fully present and very easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about her. She was exactly the kind of agent I needed. She paid attention to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. She never gave up and always had great energy and was an excellent communicator and very easily accessible. I loved working with her and hope to do so again at some point in the future.

My agent Diego Bayona, along with Chris and his team at the North GA KW group in Cumming are the best real estate team in North GA. They have all gone above and beyond to help us find our forever home. I highly recommend Diego as an agent; he is diligent, respectful, easy to work with. I wanted to express my appreciation for Diego Bayona, he helped me and my wife purchase our first home. We couldn’t have done it with out him and let me tell you he puts in the work no matter the time. He’s always been a hard worker, answering our phone calls, our question, on top of everything. If I were to do this all over again I would still go with Diego as we were impressed of how hard he try’s to get everything done around the clock.
