As a home buyer looking in a new area of town that we were not familiar with, Mary Ella exceeded all our expectation. She was available any day even on short notice so show us homes in the price range we needed and worked around our schedule. Mary Ella demonstrated that no matter how stressful buying a house can be she always was supportive and calm about any issues that came up. She managed every detail of preparation with the loan company that included home and sewer inspection that she actually was onsite for. Her communication skills & understanding of all the rules and the many signature forms that were needed was outstanding! She negotiated on our behalf with the sellers agent in a professional manner and we were pleasantly surprised with the results. We are in the process of moving in and can't wait for her to stop by and visit to see the results of helping us!

My family and I relocated from out of state to the Atlanta area in the middle of the pandemic. The stress of relocating to a new place is already enough, but paired with everything else going on it was amplified. Gina and her team did everything they could to make that experience as seamless and perfect as possible. In my time working with the team, I worked with Gina, Michelle, and Kimberly. All three were top notch and made my experience as good as it could possibly be. From the early communications to house hunting all the way through past closing and helping me find local resources to help me with various projects, Gina & her team have been all I could hope for and more. I highly recommend them for anyone, especially for someone relocating. You won't be disappointed!
