    Chris is very knowledgeable and caring. He takes the time to know what your expectations are and makes sure to meet them. His communication was always immediate and he always took the time to help however he could. I used Chris to purchase a home and he knew exactly what I was looking for by asking the right questions and paying attention. He genuinely cares about people and is in the business to help others. Chris has knowledge of the area that is unsurpassed. When I found “the house” he saw it before I did and had already told the selling agent I would love it and already talked about negotiations before I arrived. I highly recommend Chris as he is an agent whose goal is to help people and not just make a sale. He is kind and very easy to work with, but most importantly will get the job done! Thank you Chris!

    Daniele Smith gave me her 100% attention to getting my house ready to go on the market and then to sell my home. Daniele was always available to answer my questions and to help me with her contacts on preparing the house to sell. Daniele made the whole experience as best as she could because leaving a home that you have been in for 20 years was not easy. I highly recommend Daniele Smith.

    Words can not express what a great and easy experience we had in selling our home. Danielle did such a diligent job with contracts, schedules, and our future plans that I am eternally grateful. She was there to even offer help with getting us organized. It wasn’t an easy decision for us to even make the choice to sell but I am eternally grateful we chose her. I know this is a tough market for realtors and finding the right one can be a difficult choice, but we knocked our pick out of the park. Her knowledge of our town, ability to stage, and get the perfect photos and videos to make our house a hit was invaluable. I can’t thank her enough.
