I highly recommend Connie for buying and/or selling a home. Connie helped us sell our home in a timely manner and at the last minute when we decided not to relocate, she helped us find a home quickly that met our needs. Connie is a hard worker, very professional, stands up for the buyer to make wrongs right, is quick to reply to our questions and communications and is very knowledgeable in equine properties which is what we sold and bought. I would highly recommend Connie Schneider to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Connie was very helpful to us in getting our house ready to be put on the market. She gave us suggestions on ways to make our home "show ready" and was honest with us if she felt something we thought should be changed or updated was not necessary. We listened to her suggestions and our house went into contract after only ONE DAY on the market!! Connie also helped us find our dream home in the country with all the amenities we were looking for. Connie was very responsive and happy to answer all of our questions.

Connie did a great job helping me sell my house. She had good recommendations for items to update to help the house sell as well as decorating and staging ideas. She was always available to answer questions and did a great job during the negotiation process.

Connie has helped our family with the purchase of 3 homes, and sold one for us. She is very helpful, and has always had great availability when we want to look at a property. Her price point knowledge of the area seems very accurate. Also seems very well respected by others in the industry, and has been very successful in negotiating prices for us. Can work well with the seller and selling agent on price without alienating them in the process. Great listener! She comes highly recommended from us, and we will continue to use her whenever real estate needs come up!

We were fortunate enough to meet Connie at a showing and instantly decided we wanted to work with her to both sell our home and to purchase another. She was very engaging, knowledgeable and helpful and always available to show us homes. Connie responded immediately to all of our concerns and patiently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the process every step of the way. She sold our home in a matter of days (we had two offers within 72 hours of listing it) and instantly started negotiations with the realtor of the home we wanted to purchase. We met Connie in August and were moved in to our new home by the end of November. Connie was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend her.
