If you tasked me with writing up the what the perfect experience working with a real estate agent would be like, whatever I described would come up short compared to what Christina delivered. If I wrote it out in detail it would sound like she paid me to write this. I will never consider working with someone besides Christina when it comes to buying or selling a home, ever.

Bryan was an outstanding agent and he was tremendous help to my family and I finding our perfect home. He was able to find us multiple properties to visit that fit our needs and wants ranging from distance from transportations, safety and space due to his vast knowledge of New Jersey. Bryan was very involved in all aspects from home searching, negotiating the offers, providing various inspection companies, to closing. He is was very patient with my family answering any questions or concerns that they had no matter what time of day it was. He is very communicative and would always check in every week to see how the process is going.

Art was an excellent realtor to work with from start to finish. Art was patient, professional, reliable, positive, and knowledgeable. To say the least, as first-time home buyers, it was a process to figure out exactly which towns we wanted and the difference between our "must-haves" and wants. Art was patient with us the whole time and helped us figure out what we needed to be happy in our first home. We spent over a year looking at homes with Art during one of the toughest markets for a buyer in decades, but each time we lost out to a higher bidder, Art helped us to stay positive and not lose the faith. This winter we ended up finding our home that has everything we needed, and in the perfect location. We were so excited that we wanted to bid more than the home actually closed for, but thanks to Art's read on the market for our specific home, we saved a substantial sum that we were able to put towards home improvements instead.
