I can't say enough good things about the Marchesiello team :) We interviewed more than one real estate company and went with the Marchesiello Team because it was clear that they had a well developed process with great client communication and visibility into what is happening throughout the process. This was absolutely true! We sold a 200 year old house on a 110 acre farm with the help of the Marchesiello Team and are so happy with the results. Working with Bobby and Paige was a seamless experience and even when we met several challenges Bobby already had ideas in motion for how to address it. At this point, Bobby feels like an old friend and I hope we keep in touch.

Tristin did a good job getting us to all the houses we wanted to see. She had great insight on the capital region areas we were looking for houses in. We enjoyed looking at houses with her and she had a great network of team members, home inspectors, lenders and attornies that made the process easy. When it came to negotiations, we let her know what we wanted and she took care of the rest, it worked out very well for us. Thank you Tristin!

Bobby did an excellent job for my family. He was attentive, thorough, responsive and professional. He walked us through the entire process of selling the house. He handled every detail and took all of the stress off of us. He delivered results that were above and beyond our expectations. Bobby is by far and expert at what he does. His professional manner and expertise makes him a cut above the rest.
