Christy Dahms is a great real estate agent. She sold our home in Jefferson NY and helped us purchase our new home in Oneonta NY. For both the sale and the purchase she was involved every step of the way and frequently went beyond what I would have expected in order to move the sale or purchase along. For example, she did extra legwork and paperwork in the sale of our home when the buyers agent was not available. She was always available by phone or text and responded quickly. She is very knowledgeable, professional and experienced. She knows her stuff and gets the job done. Whether you're selling or buying a home I highly recommend Christy.

Christy is very knowledgeable in the real estate field and quite familiar with the properties in the area including comparable sales for pricing. She pays attention to what a customer is looking for and works hard to find it! She found me my dream home and sold my other house very quickly! Highly recommend her!

If you are looking for a realtor, Christy Dahms is the realtor of all realtors! It is a huge statement, now let us validate it. Searching for our dream home pretty much all over this country, we had the chance to work with many realtors. We had had this idea in our heads of exactly what we wanted; somehow it never translated to what the realtors would show us. Most realtors first question was “what's the budget,” pretty much making us feel like a number and not a client. After working with tons of realtors from Oregon to Texas, we stumbled on beautiful pictures of the Catskills Mountains. We decided to give the area a look. Called a few Realtors all leading with the same question, “what's the budget.” The last call we made was to Christy! How refreshing she was, so welcoming, professional and meticulous when it came to finding out exactly what we were searching for. Feeling confident we found the right person, we hopped on a plane from California and went house hunting with our new realtor! Having a limited time to search for homes Christy maximized every one of our trips to New York! She listened to our every need, want and concern. Always making us feel like her priority! She went over and beyond for us, hitting the ball out of the park every time. Moving from these overcrowded cities to beautiful countrysides was our American Dream, however; honestly, we had so many questions, worries and had no idea if we could make the switch comfortably. Christy is so full of information; we could tell she loves what she does. She is not only a realtor/broker but an active pillar of her community.
