It was an absolute pleasure working with Kevin he was very professional and at the same time very personal and Hands-On he acted as if he had known you forever he was very real! Wonderful personality and a wonderful job I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I moved to the Catskills from Long Island and was nervous about using an agent I did not previously know and trust. It was not long before I realized Kevin was absolutely the right choice. My husband and I were not easy to work with, we didn’t know exactly what we wanted. Our list of “must haves” changed daily. Kevin was patient, set up the showings, and met us at every house we wanted to see. Once we finally found our home and had an accepted offer, Kevin managed every step of the process for us and guided us in ways other agents have not. He took a very stressful and scary process and made it enjoyable and exciting. We ran into a few issues with our bank, and with the sellers after the insoection and Kevin seamlessly worked with their agent and attorneys to get us answers and keep the process moving. I hope I never have to sell or buy another house again but If I do, I’m calling Kevin!!!

Kevin was a delight to work with. And I am a pain in the behind as a client, because of an allergic disorder and unusual wants of a home. He was patient, willing to drive all over hell's half acre with me, riotously funny, and just rolled with all the chaos a pandemic, rural mapping and telephony issues, and my health problems created. He was meticulous about wearing a mask without me having to nag him (I am immune compromised). He was quick to answer questions even at sort of crazy hours. And I have literally never been happier with a real estate experience. He's a great guy. Please treat him right.
