Christy i have been building houses for 20+ yrs and i have only used a couple agents here and there along the way. I want to say how thankful i am to be able to work with you. You are extremely professional and organized. I have really been impressed with you and the way you really hustle. You always have things in order and have prepared documentation that i need before i even ask you for it. I would recommend you every single day of the week to anyone even remotely interested in buying or selling property. Thats coming from someone who, historically, has not liked using agents. The very first time I saw a house on Zillow that was of interest and called the phone number I was routed to Christy's cell phone. I am very thankful for that!! From the very beginning of our quest to find the perfect home for our family, Christy was available day and night for any questions we had. She listened to what we wanted in a home, what we didn't want in a home, and was very diligent in finding only those homes that would meet our expectations and budget so as not to waste our time. I appreciate that. On several occasions she went head to head with the seller on some things on our behalf. On one such occasion she was on a cruise with her family! In that moment that did not matter to her though. What mattered was that we were having some issues and working within a very narrow window of opportunity to resolve those issues. So, from in the middle of the ocean she got us through it and saw to it that we were happy with the outcome. That is dedication and is exactly what you will get when choosing her as your agent. She is honest, trustworthy, and dependable. Do not even think about buying a home without Christy Gowen! She is awesome!

Christy was extremely personable and made us feel at home immediately. She accomodated to our every need and the very first house she showed we fell in love with based off the criteria we gave her. We put our offer in and she guided us through every step. She went above and beyond in communication between parties and was extremely knowledgable. I would highly recommend her to any first home buyer or anyone looking to buy a house to make a home. She was quick to respond and made the process smooth and nonstressful. My favorite thing about working with Christy is I know I can contact her about anything in the future and she will be happy to assist even after making the sale. You won't regret working with her!

Christy Gowen is the best realtor! From start to finish, she was there to help with any questions no matter how silly they may have been. She was able to help negotiate in various situations and communicate in a timely fashion and helped us seal the deal on our first home! I would 100% recommend Christy and Clint to anybody I know looking to purchase in Mississippi. They are top tier.
