This is the second time that I used The Home Gurus for real estate. The first time we used them as our buyer's agent and then we used them again as our seller's agent. Jennifer Smith and Theresa Massey helped us get our home listed quickly and priced right. Jennifer reviewed the market with us (other listings that had closed and what was currently for sale) and after listing at the right price, we were under contract in no time. The Home Gurus Team are as professional and efficient as they come! We were able to get TOP dollar for our home in a not so hot market, and we as the sellers did absolutely nothing aside from providing the mandatory information and receive updates every step of the way. The close of our home probably would not have happened if I had went with a different team, we had so many speed bumps in our way and this team didn't even break a sweat! If you’re looking for just an agent you’re in the wrong place, because with The Gurus you get a whole TEAM of people who want to make your home selling experience as seamless as possible! I was nervous about selling my home in the current market as everyone was telling me it couldn’t be done at the price point I wanted. That is until I met with Pam and Ashton, who told me they would make it happen in record time and that’s exactly what they did! With the support of Shannon and Theresa, no rock was left unturned, Ts were crossed and Is were dotted and I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING! Did I mention you get a team for the price of an agent anywhere else? My only trouble has been this… everyone I know who has had their home listed for the past 3-6 months and hasn’t sold are SO mad at me!
