Cindy is attentive and supportive, even if the sale has challenges or is a bit unconventional. She's experienced and uses it to the advantage of her clients. Cindy is absolutely trustworthy and a woman of character at every turn. She's an absolute pleasure to work with during the sale and listing process and goes above and beyond to help her clients. Highly recommend her!!

Cindy Appleman was by far the best realtor that I chose to represent myself through out the entire process of buying my first home. Being only 22 years old, most people my age wouldn't have a single clue as where to begin when looking into buying their first home. Especially with the budget that I had and having a little daughter to keep in mind when picking a safe location. Cindy found a beautiful home in a spectacular neighborhood. Then to go above and beyond her expectations Cindy even helped me find the perfect lender, who quickly got myself approved for the loan. I honestly couldn't believe how quick she negotiated an affordable price and set a closing date. Now a year into living in our first home with absolutely no problems I show much gratitude for everything that she had done for my family and I. We have awesome neighbors, plenty of room to play in the backyard, a sturdy reliable house, one of the best school districts in the area and most importantly it's a safe location for my daughter. Cindy deserves the highest recognition for everything that she did when representing myself as the buyer. Mr. Reed was great to work with. He was honest at all times and did what he felt was in our best interest. Was always timely and responsive. We would highly recommend him.

Knowledgeable, professional. Very informative. Knew exactly what kind of customer would be suitable for the house. Kept in contact with us when house was going to be viewed. Only took several months to sell due to the many pics he had posted on his site. I would highly recommend Mr. Reed.

Cindy with REMAX EDGE is great to work with! She answered all of our questions and got back to us promptly.
