Clare was really helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to accommodate us. Clare had lots of useful tips about the neighborhoods and was very knowledgeable about the homes and how one feature compared to others that she or we had seen, so she was able to give good guidance re price. We felt very much that she was looking out for our interests and quickly understood what we were looking for in a new home, which saved time and made us feel that we'd seen what was available for us. Clare was also very helpful throughout the negotiation and the process from agreeing a price with the seller, right through contract signing to closing on the home.

I would not have my amazing property in the Hamptons without Clare. She guided me through every step of the purchasing process - she was there for any questions day and night, explained survey results, local requirements which she was extremely knowledgeable in. She connected me with an amazing group of local resources from legal to surveyors to maintenance - all of who did an amazing job. I trust that Clare has my interest at heart and she guided me to a property that she knew I would love to live in but also one that was a good investment in the long term. She is also so much fun to work with and brings an amazing energy to what she does. I would highly recommend you having her as your agent - you will never regret it!!!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Clare Kirwan from Douglas Elliman over the past 12 months whilst looking for our home away from home in the Montauk area . Clare is a credit to the Estate Agency Sector. She has a geuine desire to give a fantastic service . She kept me updated constantly and was always available to answer any questions along the way.
