I was living in NYC during the early onset of the pandemic in April 2020, and I was so scared I decided I wanted to look to relocate somewhere quickly. I decided to take a look out in the Hamptons and felt that this was the safest place to be during the pandemic. So I actively started looking for a home out East on Zillow. I was referred to Jimmy by a girlfriend of mine and decided to give him a call. He gave me a call back within an hour of my voicemail and I knew immediately, he was going to be my realtor. His kind tone yet extreme confidence in his field, made me at ease that he could help me get out of NYC fast. He worked quickly and got me to see a few homes that first week, and I fell in love with the third home he showed me. He listened to all of my wants and all of the things I needed in my home as a busy entrepreneur. We made an offer and the rest is history. I’m happily living in Southampton and I couldn’t have had a better realtor. His empathy to my fear being an asthmatic during Covid showed. His motivation to get me out of NYC during the pandemic quickly was professional and kind. He is beyond attentive which I feel makes him a great realtor! Thank you Jimmy for your hard work and time!

Jimmy has been a client of mine for quite some time. He is very informative when it comes to his clients and their needs and visions. Great guy! He is very knowledgeable of the Hamptons area and come to find out he knowledgeable of Long Island, the city and Brooklyn as well. He also has a property management company and has fulfilled all of my clients needs. Great guy with great contacts. Definitely recommended on many levels.

Jimmy is outstanding! His knowledge extends from the value of a home, industrial aspect of the home, common worth of the home and value of his clients. I was able to purchase a home at the right time because of Jimmy before the market skyrocketed. Definitely the perfect realtor!!
