We had trouble getting our house sold for over a year! My husband & I were so frustrated that the house hadn’t sold. We switched realtors and that’s how I met Clint. He came highly recommended. He told me that we would have a contract on it within 2 weeks. He was so confident about that two weeks. I was thinking to myself “Yeah right ??. I didn’t have a lot of faith Just because how long it had been on the market with the previous realtor. Lemme tell ya something...Clint got a contract in TEN DAYS! He had it listed for $329,000 & we got the full asking price! If you need a realtor, Clint is your go to guy! He’s so nice, positive, knowledgeable, professional & he will work hard for you! We are still blown away! Thanks Clint! You rock!

When showing up to open house Clint showed me everything about the house and answered all questions I had. He gave me information about some questions I missed. Clint took the time show other houses to me even when not scheduled. I have already referred 1 person to him and I will continue to refer. Thank you Clint. The home is better than the walkthroughs.

Clint is awesome!! We looked at home for months, until i found the right one! He willing to work at anytime whether is showing a home at 10pm or answering a question over text! This was my first house and didn’t have a clue about anything, he walked me through the process and made the entire situation easier for me. He also have very good connections from insurance to loan officers as my first loan officer was not very helpful for a first time buyer. He is one of the best out there no doubt!!
