What a great choice! At 72 years old I have made a few bad decisions but not this time. Dan and Sarah are the perfect team for a home selling experience. From the day we signed the contract with Dan to list our house to the time we signed the settlement papers things couldn’t have run smoother. This was truly a no stress experience and we highly recommend them.

I started my house search with a different restate company, was not a good experience at all. I called Dan (he sold my son his house a few years back) from the minute Dan was on my side my experience did a complete 360, We went and looked at the house I now own the first day. My house needed some work done to it, Dan knew exactly who to call to get said work done. I had a hard time finding some one to insure my house as it had no heat, Dan knew exactly who to call my house was insured. I can not say enough about Dan and his team.

I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Dan. I was a first-time homebuyer, so everything was completely new to me, and he helped walk me through the whole process, from getting pre-approved for a loan to my first tour to offers and settlement. He was super fast to respond and was always willing to work with my schedule, whether that meant scheduling tours after work or over the weekends on short notice. He helped me find and buy a beautiful home during a very competitive time to be searching for a house. My home was only on the market for one weekend and we were up against several other interested buyers, but thanks to Dan, we made a competitive offer and came out on top. Anyone looking for an agent that goes above and beyond - you should call Dan. He's not only helped me find a home, but he's also helped me make it move-in ready, from providing contractors that are reasonably priced and do good work to offering to review the estimates I received to double-check I'm not getting charged too much. Dan is an awesome agent, and I recommend him highly.

Dan Carson was recommended to me by a neighbor. When I first met him I really felt that he could get the job done with a minimal amount of inconvenience. Selling your house is one of the most stressful things you can do and Dan approach was exactly what I needed. There was the least amount of stress of any other purchases and selling I had done in the past. We worked together well; along with the buyer. There was no need for an open house because he the first person he brought over met my selling price. It was simply the best transaction I've ever had. I would highly recommend Dan Carson and his staff.
