During one of the most exciting and stressful times we could have gone through, Amanda and Dan were incredible to work with. They made this process of buying our first home go as smooth as possible. Any time there was a point where we thought this may not go through they handled each and every situation for us and always had a plan. They were kind and answered any questions we had. We were so happy that we got to work with them and would recommend them to anyone. If we had to do this whole process over I would most certainly work with Amanda and Dan again. It was also so kind for them to leave us a congradulatory gift during closing. We couldn't be more please during this time in our new home.

Amanda and Dan are the best! They make the process of buying a house seemingly painless. Very knowledgeable, and always available to help. They are also honest about what a house is really worth, helping to ensure you don't overpay or end up in a bad housing situation. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Second time around with Dan and Amanda! Best realtors in Rhode Island! Extremely helpful, informative, and responsive. Sold our first home for us when no one else could! They then helped us buy a home years ago during a competitive market and helped us find and buy our dream home this time around!

Danny and Amanda were phenomenal from start to finish! They helped us buy our first home in the middle of a pandemic, an insane housing market and navigated through the death of the seller with us. They were professional and patient through the whole process. We could not be more thankful for them. 10/10 recommend if you're in the market for a new home!
